Figuring It Out — The ‘Why’ and ‘What’ Formula!

  Asking two simple questions, “What?” and “Why?”, is incredibly important. By asking “What?” and “Why?” before you do anything, and at every step of your journey, you will automatically enhance your thought process and decision-making skills. When you start this practice, you arrive at concrete decisions with greater clarity. As you become more proficient, you’ll find yourself making quicker, better decisions, and the mental fog will begin to lift for good. For example, before you eat something, ask yourself,  “WHAT am I eating?”  This simple question forces you to evaluate whether the food is healthy. You’ll start to think twice before eating junk food, which naturally leads to healthier eating habits in the long term. Then, ask,  “WHY am I eating this?”  The answer provides clarity on your appetite. Are you truly hungry, or are you just satisfying a craving?
